Is it safe for pets and kids?

Can you really remove pet urine odor?
In most cases, yes. Surface cleaning alone won't do it — the odor lives in the sub-surface and pad. Our enzyme pre-treatment penetrates deep. For severe, long-term contamination, we'll give you an honest assessment before charging for pet-specific treatment.
Do you guarantee stain removal?
